Can you pop a tumor?

i noticed a white headed mass in my rum, the white part was the size of a pen head and the mass was the size of the eraser, long story short, i squeezed the white part, it bled, theres no more white part, like a pimple, and the mass got smaller and less noticable, so i was wondering what it could be and if it could be a tumor, cancerous or not.
