Annoying girl HELP!!!!?

K so I'm 13 and there is this girl named tiesha. She us really loud and obnouxuios and always puts me down. Everyone says she is just mean cuz she is jealous but it really hurts my feelings. She said I'm too fat to wear hollister when I'm really tiny and she is trying to squeeze into a large hollister tee. She always calls me barbie and says my blond hair makes me look like a slut. I've know her since the 4th grade and I never liked her. What should I do?
