Is something seriously wrong with my puppy?

go to a different vet for another opinion at 3 weeks she should still be with mum getting fed til she is at least 10/12 weeks old. unless you know what are doing you shouldn't shove anything up a dogs backside as you can do serious damage it is a special vet thermometer for bums.
