Pretty sure my cut is infected, should I see a doctor ?

I was pretty drunk last night... I cut myself up in a bunch of different places trying to climb a tree and having roll-races on the pavement, and then went swimming in a less than clean lake. The skin around the cuts on my hand look kind of swollen, like a blister, and when I squeeze, there's a yellow/white discharge mixed with blood. Should I be going to the doctor or will my body take care of this itself ?
