Wart on vagina, clear stuff comes out when i squeeze it?

i have a wart on my vagina, its been there for about a month and its gotta bigger, it doesn't itch, it tried squeezing it and some clear stuff came out of it, and after wards it stings a bit..if anyone could help would be great :)
